Job Description :

  • Studying in a recognised institution in India 
  • Between 14-23 years old
  • Able to commit for the entire duration of the program
Responsibilities of a Campus Ambassador  
  • Execute Child rights campaigns on behalf of CAP in your campus
  •  Promoting CAP on various social media platforms 
  • Build a strong volunteer base in the campus 
  • Certificate
  • Letter of recommendation
  • A special recommendation will be provided by the core team to the best Campus Ambassador with the most creative ideas and implementation of tasks 
  • An opportunity of a three-month internship with CAP under one of the core team members of the Campus Ambassador's choice after the completion of the campus ambassadors program.
  • A chance to become a Community Outreach Manager 
Important Details
1. The tenure of each Campus Ambassador is 1 year
2. We select only 1-2 campus ambassador in each institution
3. All the campus ambassadors will have to complete the assigned tasks within the stipulated deadline
4. Non-responsive campus ambassadors or those who fail to complete any of the assigned tasks will be terminated

3. After successful completion of probation task, candidates will be called for an online interview
4. Candidates who perform well in the interview will be given the position of Campus Ambassador

About Child Awareness Project

Description : Child Awareness Project (CAP) is registered as a Public Charitable Trust under the 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 & The Indian Trusts Act. Formerly known as Search For Thamana and founded by (then) 15-year-old Taha Fathima Khan, this was a search for Thamana: a 5-year-old girl who went missing from Marina Beach, Chennai on 11th May 2011. A Facebook page was created to trace her, as Taha the media and with a lot of attention on the issue eventually lead to finding Thamana, abandoned at GH Chennai about 8 days later. Thereafter Taha decided to further this cause to advocate for children's rights, thus Child Awareness Project was founded. Child Awareness Project (CAP) is a youth-led nonprofit that believes in the power of youth engagement and the spirit of activism to harness positive change. CAP aims to make the world a safer and better place for children by advocating for children's rights.
