1. Increase the number of Marketing Channels, increase the number of incoming leads while optimising CAC.
o Will have to optimise current flows and processes that set.
o Ideate, strategise and innovate new techniques to get more leads.
2. Regional Manager Program manager.
o Regional Managers are Studysid interns across all colleges of Mumbai.
o Have to nurture, grow and eventually harvest that specific network and community, again to effectively get more leads.
3. Digital Marketing: We already have a digital marketing agency who help with all strategies etc. Your role:
o Collaborate with them to understand direction
o Understand strategies underperforming and optimise.
o Budget allocation.
o Interface with the Sales Team.
4. B2B Clients and their tasks
o Pitch and close marketing clients.
o Understand and comply to all their requirements, and make sure they are happy.
o These Biz clients of ours are going to be coaching classes, to whom you are supposed to pitch different ideas as how Studysid would be able to help them out!
o Get teachers onboard and listed on the platform.
5. Basic marketing gimmicks:
o Organise seminars in different colleges.
o Organise course specific meet-ups
o Plan referral campaigns, ME tasks, growth hacks
o Content marketing - blog, content writer coordination and planning.
6. Value Additions and Tie-ups
o Tie up with Entertainment coupons and start-ups
o Counselling feature implementation

Description : Studysid is an outcome of a desire to spread unlimited knowledge. The co-founders-Parth Shah and Parth Jain recognized a chaos existing in the education sector in our country .i.e. the lack of authentic information available, minimal methods of marketing for tutorials, etc. Hence, they provide a platform to list the information of various coaching classes and training centers on the Studysid website in an organized manner, thereby making it an extensive education marketplace. Each class is then provided a micro-site allowing students to compare, analyze and select the most appropriate class to fit their needs, be it academic or any other. Studysid further allows students to book these classes through them at various deals and incentives!
